Hey, I’m Sue and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's Degree in Medical Biology and Nutrition. I hold a certificate in Food Product Development from Cornell's Food Spark Program.
Sue's Balsamic Glazes have been tested and process approved by the Cornell University Food Venture Program. Sue is also a member of the NYS Center of Excellence in Food and Agriculture at Cornell's AgriTech Program and a member of TasteNY.
