Sue's Extra Mango Salsa

2-3 Servings



  • 1 medium (1 ½ cups) mango, diced

  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper

  • 2 Tbsp  finely chopped red onion

  • 1 tsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp.chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp. Sue’s Mango Balsamic Glaze

  • Juice from ½ lime, approximately 2 Tbsp

  • ½ avocado, diced



Combine the first 7 ingredients and let sit for an hour to help the flavors blend. Add avocado before serving.

Delicious over grilled or crispy fish, chicken breast, over lettuce, or as a summer side dish.
