Sue's Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS

1 lb salmon or other hearty fish fillet, cut into 3-4 individual fillets

2 Tbs Dijon mustard
-
2 Tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tsp grated ginger, or ½ tsp ground ginger
-
Sue’s Mango White Balsamic Glaze, approximately 3 Tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix Dijon, brown sugar and ginger together in a small bowl
-
Place salmon on a lightly oiled, foil lined, baking sheet, lightly oil salmon fillet.

Spread Dijon mixture over salmon fillets.

Roast in oven 12-15 minutes
-
After plating fish, drizzle Sue’s Mango Glaze on top to taste
